  I had a below average experience here. I'm not comparing to boutique hair salons or anything, as I usually go to greatclips or first choice. My haircut at Ultracuts left me having to fix it when I went home as there were some uneven spots and the sides had some stragglers. For $22, I would expect a bit more.

  Needless to say, I'm going to give one last chance & will defer your company to anyone who asks, while I'm generally one to not complain about such petty things, It's sad to see how lazy & how crappy the customer service industry has become, I will walk an extra 20 minutes to another salon on the outskirts of town if I have to, too prove a point.

  I started going to this location regularily for hair cuts once a month for the last 3 months & am very picky about how my hair is cut & this location met those standards, Even walked across town today to your Portage la Prairie, Manitoba location & was turned away 55 minutes before closing, having worked in the service industry myself for the last 16 years I know that it's unacceptable to refuse customers because the staff is more worried about going home on time or going to socialize, my opinion? if that's what you're more worried about then my suggestion is to find a new line of work.
