  I bought two new cell phones here and they beat the competition by almost 500% on the cost of the phones and 10% on the cost of the plans. One of the phones was damaged from the manufacturer and they gladly replaced without question within 48 hours.

  Staff seemed overwhelmed with Christmas traffic. Helped me get two phones on a contract with what I was led to believe was mts/bell but turned out to be Virgin Mobile.

  Wow what a poor store. They could not process a price protection claim because the customer had purchased the printer online using PayPal. As if PayPal, a payment strategy the source offers, would mess up what should be a seamless transaction so said customer Service when I phoned. They could not do anything. They wanted me to call customer service again now for the third time to get some satisfaction. I was at the store on Friday and was turned away by the general manager. I attended on Sunday and spent an hour there in futility. I won't shop at the source again. When my printer arrives in the mail I will bring it back to the store and return it for my refund and say goodbye.
