  The owners were friendly. The room was newly-renovated and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a bonus. Slightly pricey for a motel but you do get hotel-level comfort.

  Basic older motel, rooms are clean and have been nicely updated, front desk guy was excellent. Good basic continental breakfast included. A bit noisy as it's on main road but most places in town are.

  This is a nice little motel perfect for people passing through Portage la Prairie who have pets and enjoy comfort. My first thought on entering the room was, "man this place is clean!" The beds are comfy, the water pressure is good, and our room had a fridge so we could keep our cheese fresh. The price was reasonable and they were able to accommodate our dog on the cheap. This place really helped dispel my belief that motels are mostly for horror movie murders, and for that it deserves five stars.

  Stayed there four nights. Rooms are very clean and quiet, despite being on a major highway. The owner was working the front desk when I checked in and he was very friendly. The lady who worked reception the other mornings was very pleasant and we chatted a fair bit. The breakfast good. Would defintely stay there again.
