Run as far and as fast as you can from this dump. It is a disgrace to the otherwise very nice Wyndham hotel chain.

This dump of a Hotel deserves a zero star review. The rooms are horrible, filthy, and stink to high heaven. The beds are destroyed as can been seen from across the room.

I made a reservation here for the first and last time. When i looked at (and smelled) the room I walked out. The desk staff said they are going to charge me for the room anyway. It take some nerve to charge someone for refusing to stay under such truly disgusting conditions.

Older place with upgrades to rooms so it doesn't feel old. Pool area us large as well as the breakfast/social gathering area which also has a pool table. Restaurant and bar are limited hours of operation, 5pm-9pm so before and after that, plan to have food ordered in or grab before you stop for the night. Also, restaurant is mainly breakfast or easy Indian food. Very limited appetizer menu. T.V. is actually a good full list of channels with access to a guide right from the remote (not the typical hotel channel listings) and is provided by Shaw direct. Beds could use an upgrade but were still comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had the most amount of upgrades in the room but were a little tight if you want to fit 2 people in there at a time. I feel price was great for what I got ($90 plus tax due to slow day)

The rooms were clean and warm, food in the restaurant was ood and served quickly. Staff were all nice to deal with. The pool was cool and clean and the hot tub was nice.

Would definitely not recommend! Service was no help at all, no towels at the pool, double bed occupancy with only three towels that we had to use at the pool. In order to reuse towels we had to use a loonie to dry them so we could have dry towels for a shower. I had my mom and one sister with me let alone my two young girls. The pool was unsafe to say the least, the railing going into the pool was soo loose you could spin it around. And what is up with the cement fountain at edge of pool?! Very dangerous as to if a kid had slipped off edge and landed on it?! Think you get the point!

It's obviously an old and somewhat run down hotel. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Additionally the alarm clock didn't work, one of the lamps didn't work, sink was clogged, and you could hear the wind blowing through the window all night... Otherwise it was quiet. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to, but it wasn't the worst place I have been. It just needs some work. Oddly, the boxsprings were still in the plastic that they typically come in when you buy them, which doesn't inspire confidence. Why would you leave them like that? Are you thinking you might return them for a refund at some point?
