  Had to go back 2 times to correct my order. They need more training, as well as learn to read the order and fill it correctly. Very poor quality control. McDonalds are usually much better than this location.

  Zero customer service through drive thru. I got the same girl the last few times and not only was she extremely rude, I couldn’t get my order in because she wouldn’t stop cutting me off! I’ll take my money else where. Whoever trained that girl and the girl herself, needs to be schooled in customer service. Horrible representation of McDonald’s!

  Oddly, Past few times my burgers have been wrong, things forgotten. Spoke to the counter person and received a blank stare like I was crazy or something.

  It's McDonald's I get it your should not have high standards. But here is the thing, like many when I was young I worked at a McDonald's. I slacked off and etc.. like others. But the one thing I know was that I could go in after partying all night hungover and yet could still make a burger that didn't look like the Hamburgler took a dump on a wrapper and served it to me. They have gone down hill on there presentation and standards.
